Please note:

1. Burnham Festival Association reserves the right to refuse applications. Refusal will be notified as soon as possible.

2. Applications will only be accepted from traders producing valid Public Liability Insurance up to £2 million liability and, where appropriate, valid Food Hygiene Certificates

3. Traders must return with this form:

a) Cheque for the full fee, payable to Burnham Festival Association

b) Copy of Public Liability Insurance certificate valid for the site and the dates applied for

c) In the case of food-sellers, copies of valid Food Hygiene Certificates for those working on-site on the dates applied for

4. Booking confirmation and site passes will only be issued upon receipt of the above

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. In the interests of public safety, unescorted vehicle movements will not be allowed on the Millfield festival site during the stated event times. Unless given explicit permission by the Site Manager to leave them on site, traders will be asked to remove their vehicles from the public area 30 minutes before the stated start time of events and not bring them back into the the site until at least 30 minutes after the stated finishing time. Vehicle movements in the public area between these time will not normally be allowed but, if agreed by the Site Manager, will be under escort from at least one official steward and at walking pace with the headlights and hazard lights switched on.

2. Traders using cooking, heating or electrical equipment on-site must be equipped with fire extinguishers suitable for dealing with electrical fires and fires in cooking materials.

3. Traders using electrical equipment must submit all leads, plugs and appliances for inspection by BFA's on-site electrician. Any such equipment which fails this inspection may  not be used on-site.

4. Traders must display valid and appropriate Public Liability Insurance and, if appropriate, Food Hygiene Certificates when trading.

5. Burnham Festival Association cannot refund fees in the event of bad weather, low attendances or the cancellation of events due to factors beyond its control.

6. Burnham Festival Association reserves the right to cancel site passes for traders who fail to respect these conditions, or who otherwise pose a threat to public safety or the integrity of the event.
